Is the Web server bound to a particular interface?

We can bind the web server to a specific IP address on your machine. On a machine with multiple network interfaces (like ppp and ethernet) this has the effect of letting you only allow your internal LAN access to your web server. This is highly recommended if you're building an internal-only web server.
