Printing instructions

  1. Printing with the Firefox browser

    An alternative style sheet is available for printing individual pages on this web site. To activate pull down the the "View" menu, select "Page Style" and then "For Print".

    Page formatting options can be controlled by pulling down the "File" menu and selecting "Page Setup".

  2. Adobe Acrobat PDF file

    Instead of manually printing various pages you can download the following PDF file which can then be printed from your computer without any browsers:   Get Miller Report 

  3. Printing with the Internet Explorer browser

    This can be done but is not recommended. Internet Explorer does not support multiple style sheets so it is not able to use the style sheet designed for printing.
